Our Web Hosting engineers will determine if your issue can be solved by accessing your computer remotely, once they acknowledged, we can further troubleshoot via Team Viewer.

Connect to Team Viewer:

Step 1: Open up Team View application. If not, you can download it here by choosing your computer's operating system e.g. Windows, Mac, Linux etc.

Step 2: Provide our support personnel the ID number and password.

Step 3: You will then be remotely connected with our support engineers and we can help you to troubleshoot thereafter.

Note: Once you exit the application, Quape will no longer have remote access to your computer.
