You are required to check your email account for free space availability. In the event that the email is bigger than the available email space of your email account, the email will then be kept on our servers’s mail queue and it will attempt to resend to your account at every hour. Users are encouraged to check their email accounts to prevent unnecessary email delivery failure.

Do note that your email space is accounted for under the web space of your hosting account. Also, in the event that your hosting account is full, all mails will not be deliverable to your email account.

You may try to delete emails from your account or check the available storage space to avoid having this issue. Another recommendation is to have a higher package to increase email storage or account storage.
