Stealth Forwarding

Our business server allows email archiving feature. This feature would allow you to backup all incoming and outgoing emails towards your email account into a backup. In an unfortunate event where you accidentally delete your email, you can look into the archived account and retrieved them.
 
To start using the email archiving system, you must first decide on the emails account you wish to archive.
 
For example, if you wished to backup all incoming and outgoing emails for manager@domaintest.com.sg. You may proceed with these following steps:
 
Ensure that both emails accounts are created. If not, continue to create an email account manager@domaintest.com.sg and the backup account, preferably as backup.manager@domaintest.com.sg.
 
  1. Login your cPanel.
  2. Click on forwarder.
  3. Click on add forwarder.
  4. Enter the address you wished to forward from (mail.manager@domaintest.com.sg)
  5. Enter the destination, address you wished to forward to (backup.manager@domaintest.com.sg)
  6. Click on add forwarder.

The steps above will allow backup.manager@domaintest.com.sg to receive a copy of all incoming emails that manager@domaintest.com.sg is receiving.

  1. Click on forwarder again.
  2. Click on add forwarder again.
  3. Enter the smtp.address you wished to forward from. (Example smtp.manager@domaintest.com.sg)
  4. Enter the destination, you wished to forward to. (backup.manager@domaintest.com.sg)
  5. Click on add forwarder.
The steps above will allow backup.manager@domaintest.com.sg to receive a copy of all outgoing emails that manager@domaintest.com.sg is sending.
 
Once completed, backup.manager@domaintest.com.sg will keep a copy for all incoming and outgoing emails for manager@domaintest.com.sg.
 

Email Monitoring Feature

 
Furthermore, our Quape Business Hosting also comes with the email monitoring feature. This feature allows you to monitor all incoming and outgoing emails from an email account. It allows you to keep track of all the emails being sent and received from your staff  without them knowing. This is an important feature in the business organization.
 
To create an email monitoring system, you must first decide on which are the emails accounts you would like to monitor, which will be the master account that monitor the email. As an example where admin@domaintest.com.sg would be monitored by manager@domaintest.com.sg. You can setup the monitoring service by following the steps below:
 
To begin, ensure both emails accounts are already created and in used. If not, you may proceed to create the email accounts admin@domaintest.com.sg and manager@domaintest.com.sg
 
Now, you may proceed to setup the email monitoring feature by following these steps:
 
  1. Login your cPanel.
  2. Click on forwarder.
  3. Click on add forwarder.
  4. Enter the address you wished to forward from (mail.admin@domaintest.com.sg)
  5. Enter the destination, address you wished to forward to (manager@domaintest.com.sg)
  6. Click on add forwarder.
 
The steps above will allow manager@domaintest.com.sg to receive a copy of all incoming emails that admin@domaintest.com.sg is receiving. Click on forwarder again.
 
  1. Click on forwarder again.
  2. Click on add forwarder again.
  3. Enter the smtp.address you wished to forward from.(Example smtp.admin@domaintest.com.sg)
  4. Enter the destination, you wished to forward to. (manager@domaintest.com.sg)
  5. Click on add forwarder.
 
The steps above will allow manager@domaintest.com.sg to receive a copy of all outgoing emails that admin@domaintest.com.sg is sending.
 
Once completed, manager@domain.com.sg will store a copy for all incoming and outgoing emails for admin@domaintest.com.sg
 
The monitoring feature is now enabled for admin@domaintest.com.sg
