How to mail a copy of my incoming and outgoing emails? (DirectAdmin)

Note: This feature is only offered to Business Web Hosting Plan.

To have all your incoming emails carbon copied to another email address, adhere to the instructions below:

Step 1: Login to DirectAdmin.

Step 2: Click on Forwarders under the Email Management panel.

Step 3: Click on Create new E-Mail Forwarder to proceed.

Step 4: In the Forwarder Name field, type the name of the recipient.

Step 5: In the Destination Email field, type the email address that you want to forward to. Do note that you can enter multiple email addresses in the 'Destination Email' field at will. You can also do likewise with the 'Forwarder Name' field.

Step 6: Click on Create to finalize and confirm.

A display message will be shown to indicate that the forwarding email address/es was added successfully.
