If you wish to use other hosting company for a domain name that is registered with Quape, you are required to update nameservers. Contact the hosting company and get the nameservers. Once you gathered the information, kindly follow the instructions below.
How to update Nameservers
Step 1. Login with your billing account(URL).

Step 2. Navigate to ‘Domains’ dropdown menu and click on ‘My Domains’ .

Step 3. Choose the domain that you wish to update nameservers and click ‘Manage Domain’.

Step 4. Click the ‘Nameservers’ tab.

Step 5. Input the desired nameservers.
Step 6. Click ‘Change Nameservers’.
Once done, please allow 12-24 hours for global dns propagation to fully complete.
