From 1st January 2014,

  • - Newly registered ICANN domain names (ie. .com, .net and .info)
  • - Updating of contact details or change of email address
  • - Transfers a domain and modified the contact details

Clients will be required to verify the contact details by responding to the verification email that is sent to the registrant contact email address. Failing to respond to the verification email within 15 days will result in deactivation of the domain.
